Creating and managing Account Lists in Accounts Vieu (New Vieu Experience)

Account Lists help you organize accounts into meaningful groups so you can focus on the accounts that matter most.

You can use Account Lists to:

  • Build target account lists
  • Organize strategic accounts
  • Group accounts by territory or segment
  • Track expansion opportunities
  • Manage named accounts

Access your Account Lists

  1. From the top navigation bar, click Accounts.
  2. In the upper-left corner, click the Account Lists dropdown.

After clicking on Account List, the dropdown displays all Account Lists available to you. Select a list to display only the accounts included in that list.

There are three ways to create and manage Account Lists in Accounts Vieu:

1. Create a new Account List

Create a new Account List when you want to build a list from accounts that already exist in Vieu.

Open Accounts Vieu.

  1. In the upper-right corner, click Add.
  2. Search for and select the accounts you want to add.
  3. Click Create New List.
  4. Enter a name for the list.
  5. Save the list.

The new Account List will immediately appear in the Account Lists dropdown.

2. Upload accounts to an Account List

Upload accounts when the accounts you want to add are not already available in Vieu.

  1. Open Accounts Vieu.
  2. Click Add in the upper-right corner.
  3. An Add Accounts pop-up will show up
  4. Select Add via Upload CSV at the bottom left
  5. Upload your file.
  6. Choose an existing Account List or create a new one.
  7. Complete the import.

3. Manage accounts in an existing Account List

Once an Account List has been created, you can add accounts to it or remove accounts from it at any time.

  1. Open the Account List you want to update from the Account Lists dropdown in the upper-left corner.
  2. Select one or more accounts using the checkboxes on the left side of the table.
  3. In the action bar at the bottom of the page, choose one of the following actions:
    • Click Add to List(s) to add the selected accounts to another Account List.
    • Click Remove from List(s) to remove the selected accounts from an Account List.
  4. Select the Account List you want to update.

Use Add to List(s) when you want the same account to appear in multiple Account Lists.

Use Remove from List(s) when you want to clean up or reorganize an existing Account List.

Removing an account from an Account List does not remove it from Vieu.
