Getting Help and Support at Vieu 

We want it to be easy for you to get help when you need it. Depending on the type of question and urgency, there are a few ways to reach us.

1. Dedicated Slack or Microsoft Teams channel

If you’re an active Vieu customer, the fastest way to get help is through your dedicated Slack or Microsoft Teams channel.

This is best for:

  • Immediate questions

  • Quick clarifications while you’re working

  • Anything blocking your day-to-day workflow

Our team actively monitors these channels, so you’ll usually get a response right away.

For detailed or custom requests, reach out via email at valet@vieu.com

Vieu Valet is especially useful for operational or setup-related requests, such as:

  • Account cohort creation

  • People cohort creation

  • Contact information requests

  • Meeting digests

We typically reply within a few hours, though response time may vary depending on the complexity of the request.
