What You’ll See in Introductions Vieu

Each row in Introductions Vieu represents an introduction path and includes:

  • Introduction path showing who will introduce whom
  • Account the introduction is associated with
  • Introduction summary explaining why this target matters
  • Message copy used to request the intro
  • Next step actions to move the introduction forward

Status and priority to help you stay organized.

As your introductions list grows, filters help you quickly narrow down what needs attention. Instead of scanning every path, you can zero in on the right introductions based on urgency, progress, or account focus.

Step 2: Choose How You Want to Track Introductions

In the top-right corner of Introductions Vieu, you can switch between three views depending on how you want to track intros.

List view
See every introduction as a row with status, priority, account, connector, and owner. Best for day-to-day execution and quick updates.

Pivot view
Group and summarize introductions by fields like status, priority, or account. Useful for spotting patterns and identifying bottlenecks.

Dashboard view
Get a high-level snapshot of introductions by status and priority. Ideal for reviews, leadership check-ins, and understanding overall momentum.

You can switch views at any time without losing context.

Step 3 : Find the Right Introductions Using Filters

You can filter introductions by:

  • Priority to focus on high-impact introductions
  • Status to see what’s not started, in progress, completed, or parked
  • Account when working on a specific company
  • Cohorts if you’re managing introductions across a predefined list
  • Point of contact or target to track specific people

If you haven’t created a cohort yet, here’s where you can learn how to create one: How to create cohorts in Vieu

Use these filters to quickly surface introductions that need action right now.

Step 4: Manage Introduction Status and Priority

Introductions Vieu lets you track progress and urgency directly from the introductions list, so nothing gets lost as conversations move forward.

Each introduction has a status that reflects where it stands and a priority that signals how important it is. You can update both inline, without leaving the page, as situations change.

If your CRM is connected, introduction status in Vieu syncs bi-directionally with your CRM.

This means:
• Updating the status in Vieu reflects in your CRM
• Status changes made in your CRM automatically update in Vieu

This keeps Sales, RevOps, and GTM teams aligned without manual updates or duplicate tracking.

Send Introduction Request Emails

To keep introductions moving forward, focus on the introductions you can act on quickly and send the intro request without delay.

  • If an email draft isn’t already available, use Generate email copy to let Vieu create the introduction message for you.

  • You can then review and edit the message as needed before sending it to the connector with full context.

This makes it easy to move introductions forward while keeping the message clear, relevant, and easy to forward.

Introductions Vieu turns warm introductions into a system. Instead of relying on memory, inbox searches, or spreadsheets, you get a structured way to manage executive access across your pipeline. From first pin to completed intro, everything stays visible, prioritized, and easy to act on.
