Manage your accounts and lists from Slack

Prioritise your week, work from saved lists, and read account plans without leaving Slack.

Who this is for: Sellers and managers running a book of accounts. You do not need to switch to Vieu to run your accounts.

This article covers three portfolio-management jobs you can do from Slack: prioritisation, working from lists, and account plans.

Step 1: Work from your saved lists

Every account list and people group in Vieu is queryable from Slack. Refer to a list by its exact name.Try these prompts:

    • "What account lists do I own?"
    • "Find connections in my account list [name]"
    • "Which account in my [list name] is most reachable right now?"
    • "Who is the most reachable person in my [list name]?"
    • "Rank the accounts in my [list name] by signal strength"

Tip Vieu recognises list names exactly as you saved them, so keep names distinctive. A list called "Q1 Enterprise Targets" is easier to reference than one called "List2".

Step 2: Build and read account plans

Start a plan, read the current one, and see what is still missing - all from Slack. Use plan summaries before pipeline reviews so you walk in with the exec view without preparing slides.

    Try these prompts:

    • "Create a plan for [company]"
    • "Who are the stakeholders for [company]?"
    • "Summarise our account plan for [company]"

The summary surfaces the primary objective, why now, target entry point, messaging hypothesis, open gaps, and supporting proof so you see the shape of the plan without reading every field.
